What time do you wake up every morning? When the alarm clock goes off at 7:17am.
What is your best moment of the day? First thing in the morning with my batteries recharged. I also really enjoy the moments of peace and quiet for reading and family time.
Your favourite film? Champions, a great film about self-improvement and personal growth.
Which historical figure would you go to dinner with? With Jean Piaget. I would talk at length about his theory of cognitive development, which describes how children acquire and develop knowledge and cognitive skills through different stages of development.
What would you eat at your last meal? I don't know if I'd have much of an appetite, but if I had to choose, I'd go for my mother's clams in marinara style and a good salad of tomatoes from my dear Vicente's garden. For dessert I'll have a buttered bun.
A phrase that has left its mark on you? "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard". This phrase has marked me and has become a motto for me.
What has been the best thing about your time at Gaztelueta? To have allowed me to grow personally and professionally in my vocation as a teacher, which I inherited from my mother. Seeing those students who had difficulties at the time and that I was able to help them in some way, now become great people, is something that fills me completely.
Which event do you remember most fondly? I continue to get excited about the Christmas Festival, the Autumn Olympiad and the Sports Festival.
With whom would you watch a sunset under this mast? With former classmates from whom I learned so much and with whom I would love to remember great moments. And with my father, to whom I spoke many times about the marvellous views we have from the school and which he was never able to contemplate and enjoy.
