Enrolment process
Year 2026-2027

The official enrolment period of the Basque Government for the academic year 2026-2027 will be from 2 to 13 February 2026. During this period, interested families must submit the official enrolment application online through the Department of Education's website or in person at Gaztelueta, provided that this is the school chosen as their first choice.

We would like to remind you that this procedure must also be followed by siblings of pupils who are not currently attending the school and are going to join Gaztelueta for the 2 year old class or above next year.

If you would like to enrol a young child, please contact Carolina Camós ([email protected]) to help you with the relevant procedures.

Likewise, whenever you wish, you can contact the school to resolve any doubts you may have on this or any other subject.

Leave us your details and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Request an interview

The interview can be requested using the form on the College's website, by writing to [email protected] or by calling 94 463 30 00. We will explain the projects, you will be able to visit the classrooms and facilities and answer any questions you may have.

Fill in the Admission Application Form

To start the process you must fill in the Application for Admission. 
At the interview we will give you the form, although you can also request it if you live abroad or are already a family of the school and we will send it to you by email.
Once completed, it should be sent by e-mail to [email protected] or hand it in at the school secretary's office.

Official registration of the Basque Government

4.1 Application deadline:

The official enrolment period of the Basque Government for the academic year 2026-2027 will be from 2 to 13 February 2026 for Infant and Primary Education.

4.2 Documentation to be submitted:

  • Photocopy of family record book
  • Photocopy of parents' ID card
  • Certificate of census registration
  • Fill in the Basque Government form: a person responsible for the admission process will help you to process and manage the steps in a personal appointment.
