Our student Nicolás Casares - 2nd year Baccalaureate student - with the help of his teacher Ramón Porras, has achieved third place in the Basque Country Physics Olympiad held a few weeks ago at the University of the Basque Country, thus qualifying for the National Final held in Granada at the beginning of April.
This event, organised by the Real Sociedad Española de la Física, was a great experience for our student, who on this occasion received an Honourable Mention.
The prize-giving ceremony took place in the Aula Magna of the University of the Basque Country and was attended by family and friends.
