
The Gaztelueta teacher Miguel Trigo has travelled to school this week Great Valencia Association to provide training for all its teaching staff on precept, This is an area in which our centre has a consolidated track record.

The training took place by educational cycles, The aim of the project is to address the specific needs of each stage and offer practical guidelines adapted to the reality of each level. In this way, educators were able to deepen their understanding of how to apply the principles of precepting in their daily work, favouring a closer and more effective accompaniment.

The day made it possible to to deepen the importance of personal accompaniment as the axis of educational action., a distinctive feature of the Gaztelueta project since its origins. By means of examples and work dynamics, it was discussed how the figure of the preceptor helps each pupil to develop their potential in a comprehensive manner, in close collaboration with the families.
The Valencian school wanted to learn about the way in which Gaztelueta structures this accompaniment, recognising the value that it has in the customised training and attention to the personal growth of each student.

This meeting reinforces Gaztelueta's commitment with share their educational experience and to continue learning together with other centres that seek to put the person at the centre of education.
