Today our students are once again filling the Gaztelueta facilities with the excitement of starting up all our educational projects once again and facing the new challenges that arise along the way. Introductions, reunions and lots of excitement on a sweltering first day of this new academic year 23/24.
Our students Luis Aja and Carlos Martínez - 2nd year Baccalaureate students - together with their teacher Ramón Porras, won first and third place respectively in the Basque Country Physics Olympiad.
Last Friday, taking advantage of the temperatures of the last few days, the students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Infant Education enjoyed a fun morning at the beach. Early in the morning and equipped with beach toys to share and enjoy with their classmates, the little ones went by bus to the beach to spend the day with their classmates....
Throughout this month all Gaztelueta students, organised by levels and with different destinations, have enjoyed their pilgrimages together with their teachers and classmates. Enjoying a day around different Marian sanctuaries to visit and honour our Mother is one of the most special moments outside our classrooms.
Diego Hermoso (Prom. 46), Electronic Technical Engineer and Industrial Organisation Engineer, has been living in Santiago de Chile since 2016 where he currently works in Technology Consulting. His last university semester he enjoyed an Erasmus Programme in Milan which determined his professional career. There he worked for a few years in a systems and IT services company.
