They complement and enrich education, stimulate and channel creativity. We promote the arts, humanities and sport to ensure that the intellectual growth of our students is harmonious and sustainable.

Music school

2nd Infants - 2nd ESO

Activity based on awakening, promoting and developing the musical, intellectual, expressive and motor skills of the pupils. All this is carried out in a playful environment, which will enhance the learning of musical language. Drums, guitar and piano. Once they have learnt to play an instrument (guitar, bass, piano or drums...), the next step is to put into practice what they have learnt in a group. At the end of the course they will show the fruits of their work in the Recital to their families.

Ballet

2nd Infant - 2nd Primary

Our Ballet programme introduces young children to the world of dance by learning the basics of ballet in a fun and creative environment. In the classes, students from 4 to 7 years old will have fun learning new steps, improving their flexibility, exploring the motor possibilities of their body and developing greater coordination, expressiveness and musical sense. There will be an exhibition at the end of the course.

Artistic expression

1st Primary to 2nd ESO

The aim is to stimulate the development of imagination and creativity through different plastic techniques as a form of expression. The aim is also to enable the pupils to make different handmade creations of their own, giving each of them their own personal touch, with which they can identify and see themselves represented. The youngest children will work with easy-to-use materials and different techniques will be used according to age. There will be a final exhibition.

3rd Primary - 6th Primary

In our extracurricular programme, students will improve their language skills in Basque through dynamic and fun classes. We guide our students so that they can achieve their goals and start preparing to obtain official certificates that validate your level of proficiency in the language. This is your chance to master the Basque language and excel in your future academic and professional achievements.

Oral expression in French

3rd to 6th Grade Primary 

For primary school pupils, this activity is intended as an introduction to French. Aimed at those who want to consider obtaining qualifications in this language in the coming years.

Multisport Sports School

2nd Infant - 2nd Primary

The Sports School is the first step in the training of future Gaztelueta players. During these years they will practice different sports: athletics, basketball, handball, football, rugby and skating. In this way they will be able to define more clearly the sport that they like the most and that best suits their abilities.

Oral expression in English

3rd Primary - 6th Primary

Students will have the opportunity to improve their English in a different environment from the classroom, much more fun and entertaining. Through games, songs, group dynamics and short theatrical scenes, they will work on both oral expression and comprehension of the language. The course will culminate with a simple theatrical performance, in which they will be able to show what they have learnt and enjoy English through creativity and teamwork.

Greenpower

The pupils work in teams to build an electric car. They learn about materials, electrical conductors, speed, friction, levers and gears, as well as developing their artistic skills in the design and drawing of the bodywork.

Oral expression in Basque

The objective is to obtain the B1 (3rd and 4th year of ESO) and B2 (Bachillerato) diplomas.

Mathematics Club

Preparation for Mathematics Olympiads.


Gaztelueta Sports Club:
Football, Basketball, Handball, Athletics, Padel, Roller Hockey and Gymnastics.

School Sport

The basketball, handball and football teams of the Sports Club compete in school sports from 3rd Primary - 2nd ESO (32€ per month).

Federated Sport

The basketball, handball and football teams of the Sports Club compete in the federated categories from 3rd ESO (37€ per month).

Athletics

We have an athletics team that is compatible with other sports.

Small groups for 3rd and 4th year primary school pupils.

Roller Hockey

It improves coordination, psychomotor skills, balance, stability and at the same time it is a team sport. It is an opportunity for it to become a great experience for our students. 

We want to form a team of 3rd and 4thEP.

Sports Gymnastics

This sport helps to work on physical qualities (endurance, strength, flexibility and speed), as well as helping them to develop other skills such as strength, the desire to improve, discipline, companionship...

Covering all educational stages, from Kindergarten to Baccalaureate, allows us to work with each student as a whole person, developing all their intellectual aptitudes and forging a personality that will allow them to achieve their future goals.

Schools of values

We propose values through sport, combining individual effort and self-improvement with teamwork. Pupils can join the football, basketball, handball and athletics teams.
