Music school
2nd Infants - 2nd ESO
Activity based on awakening, promoting and developing the musical, intellectual, expressive and motor skills of the pupils. All this is carried out in a playful environment, which will enhance the learning of musical language. Drums, guitar and piano. Once they have learnt to play an instrument (guitar, bass, piano or drums...), the next step is to put into practice what they have learnt in a group. At the end of the course they will show the fruits of their work in the Recital to their families.
Our Ballet programme introduces young children to the world of dance by learning the basics of ballet in a fun and creative environment. In the classes, students from 4 to 7 years old will have fun learning new steps, improving their flexibility, exploring the motor possibilities of their body and developing greater coordination, expressiveness and musical sense. There will be an exhibition at the end of the course.
The aim is to stimulate the development of imagination and creativity through different plastic techniques as a form of expression. The aim is also to enable the pupils to make different handmade creations of their own, giving each of them their own personal touch, with which they can identify and see themselves represented. The youngest children will work with easy-to-use materials and different techniques will be used according to age. There will be a final exhibition.
In our extracurricular programme, students will improve their language skills in Basque through dynamic and fun classes. We guide our students so that they can achieve their goals and start preparing to obtain official certificates that validate your level of proficiency in the language. This is your chance to master the Basque language and excel in your future academic and professional achievements.
For primary school pupils, this activity is intended as an introduction to French. Aimed at those who want to consider obtaining qualifications in this language in the coming years.
The Sports School is the first step in the training of future Gaztelueta players. During these years they will practice different sports: athletics, basketball, handball, football, rugby and skating. In this way they will be able to define more clearly the sport that they like the most and that best suits their abilities.
Students will have the opportunity to improve their English in a different environment from the classroom, much more fun and entertaining. Through games, songs, group dynamics and short theatrical scenes, they will work on both oral expression and comprehension of the language. The course will culminate with a simple theatrical performance, in which they will be able to show what they have learnt and enjoy English through creativity and teamwork.
The pupils work in teams to build an electric car. They learn about materials, electrical conductors, speed, friction, levers and gears, as well as developing their artistic skills in the design and drawing of the bodywork.
