He dedicated 40 years of work to Gaztelueta until he retired in 2007. I wake up at 7.30am.<br><br>- What is your best moment of the day? I have many good moments: when I come home tired and happy from the Food Bank and tell my wife about my morning, when we go for a walk and I have a cortado at the Cosmo and we talk about our things.<br><br>- Your favourite film? <em>The third man<\/em>I'm a big fan of Orson Welles and I love him too. <em>Citizen Kane<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Which historical figure would you go to dinner with? Winston Churchill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- What would you eat for your last meal? The consomm\u00e9 my wife makes at Christmas, the truffled chicken she makes for Christmas Eve and the meringue and lemon tart they make at Tamarises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>- A phrase that has left its mark on you? You are not educated by what you do or what you say, but by what you are.<br><br>- What has been the best thing about your time at Gaztelueta? The affection with which my colleagues and students treat me, it is something that constantly surprises me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Which event do you remember most fondly? The 25th anniversary of Gaztelueta. I had just arrived and I realised that I was where I should have been all my professional life.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- With whom would I watch a sunset under this mast? I have to leave many out, but with Jos\u00e9 Luis Mota, with Paco Sangorr\u00edn, with Roland Fisher, with \u00c1lvaro Alonso and with all my former students who are now teachers at Gaztelueta.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luis Crovetto is married and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
