Professors Pablo Zalbidea and Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez took part in a meeting between education professionals at the University of Birmingham at the end of September.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n This century-old institution has among its most prestigious centres the 'Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues<\/strong>'<\/a>one of the most innovative and prestigious centres in the research, promotion and development of educational programmes that favour the formation of character and virtues among pupils.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The teachers were joined by 14 other national and international teachers in a training session at the University of Birmingham's Jubilee Centre. Among other things, it aims to help understand and demonstrate the benefits of good character education and virtue development for both the individual and society.
