{"id":1565,"date":"2019-02-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-02-25T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gaztelueta.com\/greenpower-gaztelueta-en-el-sum-bilbao-2019\/"},"modified":"2022-05-19T10:06:35","modified_gmt":"2022-05-19T10:06:35","slug":"greenpower-gaztelueta-en-el-sum-bilbao-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gaztelueta.com\/en\/noticias\/greenpower-gaztelueta-en-el-sum-bilbao-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Greenpower Gaztelueta at SUM Bilbao 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Greenpower Gaztelueta, was present in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sumbilbao19.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Sustainable Urban Mobility<\/em> (SUM)<\/a>which took place at the Palacio Euskalduna from 21 to 23 February.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-embed-field-responsive-video form-group\"><iframe width=\"854\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-JNIK5P_PLE?autoplay=1&amp;start=0&amp;rel=0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Several groups of students from schools concerned about educational innovation such as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.somorrostro.com\/blog\/nuestro-nuevo-proyecto-greenpower-presentado-en-la-sum-bio-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Somorrostro<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lauroikastola.eus\/es\/proyecto-kids-kit-car-nuevo-reto-en-el-fomento-de-la-vocacion-cientifico-tecnica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lauro Ikastola<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyceefrancaisbilbao.com\/?page_id=3502\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">French Lyc\u00e9e<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.st-georges-academy.org\/greenpower-racing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">St. George<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berakruz.eus\/inicio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Berakruz<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmaculadabi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jesuitinas<\/a> and Gaztelueta exhibited the electric cars in the <em>stand<\/em> which was placed on the esplanade next to the Palace and the Maritime Museum. <strong>Young people in primary and secondary schools are building these environmentally friendly vehicles as part of the project. <em>Greenpower<\/em>thanks to the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/kidskitcar.org\/kidskitcar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kids Kit Car Association - <em>Greenpower<\/em> Iberia<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The good weather meant that many passers-by came to see the exhibition. Buses and electric motorbikes, among other vehicles, were also on display.
