This year, Primary School pupils have started the school garden project with the aim of bringing pupils closer to nature and the processes of food production. In the first and second cycle of primary school, pupils are at a stage of development where they have to learn about the world around them, and in the scientific field, the school garden provides them with a unique opportunity to experiment and learn in a practical way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is made up of different work areas and after presenting the project to pupils and families, they have started by focusing their efforts on three zones: one of bushes, red fruits, raspberries and bulbs (zone 5), another of cultivated fields (zone 1) and the area where the henhouse is located. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 1: Site preparation<\/strong>. They began with the removal of stones and weeds to reach the land where they began the first cultivation work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
