In the context of the educational programme AFOS<\/em><\/strong> (Physical Activity, Leisure and Health) in Gaztelueta as part of the Physical Education subject, 74 students from the 1st year of the Baccalaureate took part in the X Edition of the Gaztelueta-Ganekogorta Trail<\/em><\/strong> (998 m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The preparation has been carried out since the beginning of the school year in the Physical Education classes through demanding stress tests<\/strong>. The participants have also previously attended information sessions, where they received FOOD ADVICE <\/strong>for the days leading up to the race and details about the route of the 14 km to the top of the Ganeko<\/em> and return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
